🐟 commissions are for personal use only, though there are some commission options that can be used for commercial use (has a fee).
🐟 All payments are upfront. Pay fully and notify me of your payment before i start working on the commission. make sure to send me your email address + the proof/receipt of payment (v important!!).
🐟 I only use Ko-fi as payment options internationally, but for Philippine residents, Gcash may be considered, and we'll discuss on the price.

🐟 I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request anytime.
🐟 It'll take a week for me to finish a quick and easy commission usually, but it might take longer depending on my health and life stuff.
🐟 There will be three (3) revision opportunities: the sketch, the colors, and the final piece. let me know of any corrections needed during the sketch and base colors phases. Be specific about the changes please!
🐟 When i send you the final piece, you can only change the background color.
🐟 No rush orders (anything that's less that a week due after reserving slot) allowed.
🐟 I send final artwork via email! Please check your SPAM folder in your emails, as sometimes commissioned pieces get sent there.IMPORTANT!! read!!🐟 Commissioners are forbidden from utilizing any artwork, designs, images, or any other content created by eaupapier / fish in any NFT applications, systems, or tools. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the creations for training, fine-tuning, or generating outputs from machine learning models, neural networks, or any other AI-driven methodologies. Any such unauthorized use will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.🐟 Usage of any kind of AI on any of works made by eaupapier / fish is prohibited. This includes ChatGPT, Grok, Sora AI, character.ai, and any other AI tools. No enhancing or training AI of any kind is allowed. This applies to past, present and future commissions with me.🐟 Do not make changes of the art on your own. Also, don't claim my artwork as your own.🐟 Don’t use my art without my knowledge or permission! No copying/tracing/heavily referencing any of my designs.🐟 I hold the right to the artworks commissioned.
